Weekly Live Embodiment / Ceremonial Sessions & Transmissions

Each week we circulate between these two:

Wednesdays 6-7:30pm Ceremonial/ Embodiment Calls )

Wednesday's 2-3:30pm (Transmissions / Guidance)

We start 28th October - 3rd March (with 2 weeks off during Christmas and new years).

We will meet online via Zoom for 16 x 90mins calls (PLUS 2 bonus integration calls for first 5 people that sign up).

The journey is split into four pillars, each week we dive into themes linked to these.

We are building an inner foundation that will carry you throughout your life. Building a solid ground that creates deeper trust, self connection, embodiment, heart coherence, aliveness in your energy...and a ground that holds you through emotions, pleasure and love.

Each week includes:

Ceremony, so that you can reconnect to your bodies wisdom.
Somatic practices, so that you can feel anchored & safe in your body.
Embodiment Journeys, so that you encode new beliefs, stories and anchor them into the body.
Journalling / inner reflections.
Meditation.

Each session will be recorded so if you can't make it live, you can experience the journey in your own time

We don't simply talk about them, we experience them intimately in the body, and encode your nervous system with the remembrance of what was forgotten. Experiencing it for yourself.

Each month you will be guided with different plant allies that will support you in the pillar that is being anchored. We will weave with their spirit, their unique messages and imprints they hold.

Love, I get it...

For a long time, being highly sensitive woman didn’t feel like a gift, it felt overwhelming. The world, other people, even my own emotions… it was all too much to hold. My nervous system was constantly in survival and I didn’t feel safe in my own body.

As a child and teens, I had intense eczema, constant reactions, a nervous system so activated I couldn't go outside. I lived in baths, on my bed, just trying to calm my body down. I was absorbing and holding everything with no way to release it. The imprint was simple: it isn't safe to receive. Anything could overwhelm me.

So I coped the only way I knew how, I disconnected, I made myself small. I stayed quiet, hidden and told myself that being endlessly open was what it meant to be a woman. But underneath that, I was exhausted… and honestly, I felt lost.

Then I hit a breaking point. I went inward, questioned every story I'd built around safety, started deeply nourishing myself and rewriting the story of me.

I leaned into Mother Earth as my most intimate relationship. Held in Nature I started to look closely at what was swirling inside, that was creating my reality. The more I listened to her, the more I remembered myself.

Her radiance, her sensuality, her softness, her eros. This is me too.

Now my skin is cleared,

Coming home to your body isn't about never feeling fear. It's about trusting yourself enough to receive life, without abandoning yourself when it moves through you.
