I used to be that women who would feel so overwhelmed by life, receiving so much energy that I didn't know what was mine or someone elses. I had love bursting at the seams, but always attracted people who would take and didn't respect the sacredness of it, I didn't have boundaries and so giving, giving, giving was all I knew, until I would become exhausted and have to hide from life...living this cycle for years.
Until I got initiated INTO reclaiming my power and my energy as my own, unblocked my voice, starting speaking my truth, needs and boundaries. This built a level of self trust that I never had known. I started to be more connected to my OWN inner whispers and guidance, instead of constantly processing the energy around me.
I built the inner stability and safety that I needed for my heart to expand again and my body to be connected to the wellspring of aliveness that was always mine. I learnt how to preserve and protect my energy and not be endlessly open for everyone.
Now my intuition thrives, and I allow my radiance to SHINE, this being my most magnetic energy that allows miracles to be brought into my world. I am now surrounded by potent connections that expand me, instead of drain me. I am living the life that I have always dreamed of, my body is the healthiest that its been and my hearts feels ready to soar and co-create a world I always longed for.
So this is my offering to you, from a life full of my own sacred initiations that brought me to be the women I am today and all that I embody.
